Marketing: automations and campaigns
A new Marketing page for owners. Automations email a client when something happens, campaigns are one-off emails built from photos, text and buttons, and an email log shows everything Inchair has sent for you.
There's a new Marketing item in the menu, for owners. It's three things in one place.
- Automations email a client by themselves when something happens: two weeks after a visit with nothing booked, a week before a birthday, after a first appointment. Eleven recipes to start from, or build your own from steps. How automations work.

- Emails lists every email Inchair has sent for your salon, from booking confirmations to campaigns, with a preview of each.
Only clients opted in to marketing email get any of it (guests are, by default), and every marketing email can be unsubscribed from in a click. Who gets your marketing emails.

Texts. A text step can be put in an automation but not switched on, because marketing texts need their own permission from each client.
