A photo gallery on every client
Add photos to a client's record, choose which ones the client can see, and set one as their profile picture. Photos stay private to your team unless you share them.
Every client's record in the dashboard now has a Photo gallery. Press Add photos to upload one or several at a time, and open a photo to add a caption.
Only your team can see a photo unless you share it. To share one, open it and turn on the Show to switch with the client's name on it.
What the client sees
A shared photo shows in the client's account on your booking page, under Photos, so the client needs an account to see it. That tab only appears once at least one photo is shared. Turn the switch off and the photo leaves their account straight away.
Profile photo
Turn on Profile photo to use a picture in place of the client's initials, on their record and in Messages. Setting a new one replaces the old one.
The gallery is in the dashboard only. The staff app doesn't show client photos yet.
