Who it's forFor braiding & loc salons

Booking software for braiding and loc salons

A six-hour appointment is most of a working day. Booking software that thinks in thirty-minute slots was never built for it.

Hours, not slots

Set a real duration. One appointment can be most of a day and the book still makes sense.

Starting at, honestly

Where length and density decide the price, say so on the page instead of guessing.

A deposit worth the day

A no-show on a full-day install isn't a gap. Price the deposit accordingly.

One appointment, most of a day

Set the real duration — five hours, seven, whatever the style takes — and the booking page offers what's actually left around it rather than pretending the day divides into hour blocks.

Where a style has a break in the middle, or a prep stage before the work proper, the work/processing/work split lets you describe that instead of booking one unbroken block.

  • Durations in hours, with no upper ceiling to work around
  • Prep, work and finish timed separately where that's real
  • Buffer after, for the clean-up a long install leaves behind

Price that depends on the head

Length, density, size, whether they're bringing their own hair — the price genuinely isn't one number. Show a service as starting at, or hide the price and quote at consultation. Options let you offer the common lengths as real, separately-priced choices.

Whatever a service says on the page, the ticket at checkout is still editable. Reprice the line for the job that was actually done, discount it, or add a charge that was never on the menu.

  • Fixed, starting-at, or no price shown — per service
  • Options for the lengths you most often do
  • The final ticket is editable at checkout

Before they sit down

A deposit that means it

Set the amount per service. On a full-day install it can be the number that makes the day safe.

Your policy, agreed to

Preparation, lateness, what a cancellation costs — shown at booking, or required with a tick.

Say how to arrive

Washed, blown out, hair bought — in the service description and again in their thread.

Questions

Is there a limit on how long an appointment can be?
No. Duration is set in minutes per service, so a full-day style is just a large number rather than a workaround.
How do I handle a price that depends on length?
Three ways, and you can mix them: options for the common lengths, each fully priced; a starting-at price; or no price shown, quoted at consultation.
Can I ask for a large deposit on the long styles only?
Yes. Deposits are per service and per option. A knotless install can ask for a substantial one while a retwist asks for nothing.
Can I tell clients how to come prepared?
Put it in the service description, where it's read at the moment of booking, and in your cancellation policy if arriving unprepared costs someone their slot. You can also send it into their message thread before the day.
