Who it's forFor lash & brow studios

Booking software for lash and brow studios

Fills are a cycle, not a one-off. The software should treat the two-week rebook as the point, not as an afterthought.

Set and fill, priced apart

Different work, different time, different price — as options on one service or as services of their own.

Consults stay off the page

Mark a service call-only and it never appears in online booking.

Deposits on the long ones

A full set can ask for one while a fill asks for nothing.

Two hours of someone lying still

A full set is a long, quiet, expensive appointment, and it's the one that hurts most when nobody turns up. Ask for a deposit on it specifically — not across your whole menu — and set the amount to whatever makes the risk bearable.

Fills are short, frequent and low-risk. They can stay free to book, on the same menu, with the same client, on the same day.

  • Deposit per service, not per salon
  • Card on file as the middle setting between nothing and a deposit
  • A no-show fee charged afterwards, under a policy they agreed to

Patch tests and first-timers

Some appointments shouldn't be self-bookable. A first-time consultation, a patch test, anything you want to speak to someone about first — mark the service as not bookable online and it stays on your menu and out of the booking page.

Or take the softer route: switch your studio to review mode, and every online booking arrives as a request you accept or decline, with the deposit already taken.

  • Call-only services, live in admin, hidden from booking
  • Or review every request before confirming it
  • Your policy shown — or required with a tick — at booking

Keeping the cycle going

Reminders on your lead times

Up to three per booking, set in hours — so a fill reminder lands when there's still time to book it.

Aftercare in writing

Send it into their thread and it stays there, findable, instead of being said once at the door.

Rebook and pay in one stop

Check out at the bed, tip on the phone, book the next one before they've stood up.

Questions

Can I take a deposit on full sets but not fills?
Yes. Deposits are set per service and per option, so one can require money up front while the other requires nothing.
Can I stop new clients booking without speaking to me first?
Two ways. Mark the consultation service as not bookable online, or put the whole studio into review mode so every booking is a request you accept or decline.
Can I remind clients when their fill is due?
Reminders are tied to a booking they already have, at lead times you set. There's no separate campaign that reaches out to clients with no appointment booked — we'd rather say so than imply otherwise.
Can I charge a late-cancellation fee?
Yes, where there's a card on file — which the card-on-file and deposit settings both leave you with. It's charged from the appointment's page and recorded against that booking.
