Questions
- Can photos be attached to a client's record?
- Not to the record itself. Images attach to messages in a client's thread, which is where before-and-afters usually end up in practice, but there's no photo gallery on the client card today.
- What happens when the same person books twice under different emails?
- The two records merge. Their appointments, notes, formulas and messages end up on one card rather than split across two.
- Can my stylists see every client's notes?
- Staff accounts see the clients of the salon they belong to. Records are scoped per salon, so nothing crosses between businesses.
- Do clients see their notes and formulas?
- No. Notes, formulas and anything else you record are yours. What a client sees from their own account is their appointments, receipts and the messages between you.
