What happens after you register
Registering opens an application a person reads. Here's the order things happen in and what unlocks when.
Registering isn't opening an account
Finishing the signup form doesn't put you live. It files a registration that someone here reads, so the first thing that reaches you is an acknowledgement that we have it — not a working login.
Nothing about your salon works until a person approves it. That includes signing in.
While it's being reviewed
Your salon exists in our records and nowhere else. Two things are deliberately switched off:
- Signing in is refused. Not a wrong-password error — the account is real, it just isn't open yet.
- Your booking page returns a not-found, even to someone who has the exact address. There's nothing half-published for a client to stumble into.
We hold your email-confirmation link back until you're approved, and asking us to resend it while you're under review does nothing. Sending it earlier would hand you a working link to an account that can't be used — so the link travels with the approval instead.
When you're approved
You get an email saying so, and that email carries the confirmation link. Follow it and your login works. That's the moment your booking page becomes reachable.
If you asked us to bring your existing data across, that's a note for a person rather than an automatic import, and we'll come back to you about it separately. Nothing is waiting on you.
If we don't approve it
You won't get an automated rejection. We told you a person would be in touch, and "no" is a sentence someone should write themselves rather than have a system send at four in the morning.
Nothing is deleted when a registration is declined, so a decision can be revisited later without you filling anything in twice.
