Exporting your data

Getting your clients, services and appointments out, whenever you want them.

Updated 16 August 2026·1 min read

Your client list is yours. Settings → Import & export (opens in a new tab) exports your clients, your services, and your appointments as CSV files you can open in any spreadsheet.

You don't have to ask, and you don't have to be leaving.

Worth doing periodically

An export before a big change — a bulk price update, a client import, a menu restructure — is the cheapest insurance there is. It's a file on your own computer that owes nothing to anyone's uptime.

The same format both ways

Exports use the same column layout the imports expect, so a file you take out can go back in. That's also the quickest way to work out what an import wants from you.

Payment records

Your payment history lives with Stripe as well as here, and Stripe's own dashboard is the better source for anything your accountant needs — it's the system of record for the money itself.
